4 SESSIONS, 4 TECHNIQUES: NOVEMBER 13 - DECEMBER 13, 2024

MEMORY AND IMAGINATION: LIKELY THE MOST POWERFUL SKILLS ONE SHOULD HAVE.

FOR EYESIGHT AND FOR LIFE.

DO YOU HAVE THEM?

Can you close your eyes and see what was in front of you just a second ago? When you leave a room, can you vividly remember what it looked like? Your desk, your computer, a favorite vase on a side table? What about a favorite necklace or cufflinks that are hiding in your keepsakes box? Or let’s go really simple. Can you look at a black period at the of the previous sentence and clearly remember what it looks like? Can you imagine seeing it with your eyes open while looking at a different object? No?

BIG DEAL!

Is that what you are thinking? As children, we used to be able to imagine anything we wanted, we could make up objects, create imaginary friends, or visualize ourselves as adults, accomplishing fabulous things, and changing the world. As we age, many of us stop dreaming, stop making up unreal images, and stop showing ourselves the future we want. It is interesting that those who never stopped dreaming are the ones who have changed the world, made a difference for themselves, for humanity. It is equally interesting that those with perfect eyesight can usually create visual images at will while those whose physical vision is impaired cannot.

So yes, memory and imagination are a big deal. They harness the power of unmistakable communication with the brain, and they are the #1 tool for improving eyesight.

1) Guide for your brain to fulfill your desires and dreams.

You have heard it from coaches, from spiritual leaders, you might have read about it in blogs. It has been described in quantum physics literature, as well as in ample Instagram motivational posts. It is no secret that our brain is visual and cannot differentiate between images of reality and images that are the creation of our minds. Don’t believe me? Then stretch your arm and move it up and down. Now, close your eyes and imagine a 10 pound weight being attached to your arm. Move it up and down again. How come your muscles are now tighter and more effort is required to move the arm? What has changed other than your brain reacting to your imagination? So, there you have it. The better visual images you can create, the better guide you provide to your brain to act in accordance with those images.

2) The freeway to clear seeing.

If you are familiar with natural vision improvement, then this is no news to you. If you are not, then let me share one simple fact. About 90% of all seeing is done in the brain, what the brain can see the eyes can see too.

Unfortunately, in a recent survey of current students of natural vision improvement, nearly 2/3 of the respondents claimed that seeing images in their mind, through memory and imagination, is difficult or nearly impossible. If it comes, it appears for a split of a second, then disappears and the image cannot be recreated. And while it is certainly possible to improve one’s vision without good visual memory and imagination, it can go a lot faster with it.

YOU ARE INVITED

Therefore, I invite you to join this workshop where I will guide you through four approaches that revive both your visual Memory and your Imagination. The workshop is taught in the context of natural vision improvement, but no one will stop you from applying your newly acquired skills to your practice of visualization, affirmation, and meditation.

Say yes! Ignite the natural ability of your visual mind to function with no boundaries.”

- Irena Castle, your coach

WHAT YOU WILL GAIN

After learning and practicing 4 different memory igniting techniques, you will leave the workshop knowing how to:

  • RECALL, AT WILL, OBJECTS CURRENTLY PRESENT IN YOUR SPACE (visual memory)

  • ALTER THE VISUAL MEMORY OR TO CREATE NEW IMAGES (imagination)

  • REIMAGINE THE WAY YOU SEE (allow clear seeing into your life)

  • APPLY MEMORY AND IMAGINATION in the practice of selected vision improvement techniques

THE ROLE OF MEMORY AND IMAGINATION IN VISION IMPROVEMENT WORK

Memory and Imagination are the prerequisites to a successful practice of natural vision improvement. They have the power to:

  • Expansion of the field of clarity, learning to see movement when objects seem to be static, showing the eyes what correct fusion looks like, those are just a few examples of when memory and imagination are used.

  • Once the eyes succeed to see the imagined image (even for just a split of a second), the memory of it helps to deepen the experience and to create a more permanent pathway that represents this way of signal interpretation in the brain. In this context, memory (a recollection of an event of seeing something in a certain way) is a confirmation of an event (i.e. a flash of clarity at a certain distance) that has happened.

  • In situations when one eye acts differently from the other, when one leads and the other barely follows, the ability to transfer images between the eyes is a priceless tool for one’s vision improvement journey.

  • Your brain can make your vision better, clearer, even perfect. It can make you see far and near. As long as you can show it - with the help of your mind - what it looks like.

“… She had demonstrated the truth [measured with an ophthalmoscope] that when her imagination was perfect, when she could imagine the small letters on the Snellen Card, then her sight was also perfect and in order to have perfect sight, it was necessary for the cataract to disappear, which it did. … While it [memory & imagination] is beneficial in most cases of imperfect eyesight, few patients have so good an imagination. … “ Dr. William Bates, June 1926, about a cataract patient

We have seen Overbound clients expand their vision, align their eyes, start seeing movement, get rid of the fear of seeing into the distance, all with the help of visual images. If creating them does not come easy to you, here is your chance to learn how.

ABOUT THE WORKSHOP

WHY A WORKSHOP?

The structure of a workshop does not leave you with a lot of theory and a list of how-tos. Instead, you will leave experiencing the revival of your memory and your imagination, and you will be able to use it immediately for your natural vision improvement practice, or for any other purpose for which a presence of imagined visual pictures is required (visualization, goal setting, planning, etc.).

Leveraging 4 different techniques, you will learn to remember objects (including black letters on white paper) and alter the look of those objects (make them smaller, larger, clearer). You will also learn and practice how to leverage the skills of memory and imagination to advance your mastery of other vision improvement techniques, other visual skills.

THE STRUCTURE

4 SESSIONS, each including:

  • 1 live practical workshop session about 30-40 minutes long, and covering 1 memory/imagination development technique. In each session you will LEARN AND PRACTICE the selected technique

  • 1 recorded instructional video covering the technique of the week (recording of the week’s live session or a pre-recorded video) - available within 48 hours of the live session

  • 1 audio file for self practice to guide you through the technique without the need of the detailed explanation - available within 48 hours of the live session

  • 1 Q&A session + session recording (students will have a chance to ask their questions ahead of the live Q&A, should they not be able to attend the live session)

  • Lifetime access to all files and recordings

PRICE: $249

IS THIS WORKSHOP FOR ME?

This workshop will serve you, if one of the below options describes you:

  • If you have practiced vision improvement for a while, you know how engraved the skills of memory and imagination are in the methods of vision restoration. They allow building new neural pathways for your desired eyesight, they allow teaching the brain how visual signals should be interpreted, vs. how they are interpreted today. They are the essence of seeing what you want to see, not what you see today. They allow you to reimagine your eyesight and see the way you want to see.

  • Consider yourself lucky! Most vision students did not get a chance to learn these foundational skills at the beginning of their journey, they were just asked to simply execute them. Learning visual memory and imagination at the start of your vision improvement program is like giving yourself a fast pass to an amusement park.

  • If you practice the techniques of visualization, goal setting, planning, affirmations, brain priming, miracle morning, then you are (or should be) engaging your visual imagination. Should this skill not come easy to you, this workshop will help you with its mastery.

TIME COMMITMENT & SCHEDULE

All events will take place via a ZOOM webinar or meeting.

Each Workshop takes between 30 and 40 minutes. Workshop sessions will not include Q&A.

Q&A sessions take place a few days following the workshop. They are up to 1 hour long, and address questions related to the corresponding workshop.

Additional individual practice outside the workshop session is recommended - you will be able to use provided audio files for that purpose
