Among the most valued content is the ROUTINE BUILDER - a full class designed for building a student-specific practice routine no matter what visual challenge the student faces.
This two-part course teaches:
1) the steps needed for building the habit of consistent practice (starting from a 1 minute session), and
2) how to choose the elements and the right techniques for an effective practice based on the needs of your vision now and in the future. -
Developed to support the Routine Builder class, this unique tool provides a clear categorization of the majority of vision skill-building techniques. Each technique is organized by the order in which it should be addressed. The map also indicates what visual conditions best benefit from each technique. No need to guess.

Complete training protocols for all common vision conditions, so that you know what techniques to focus on to address your specific needs. Video sessions supporting the protocols are in progress - some protocols have the video sessions available now, some will be available in the upcoming months. Protocols for less common conditions are available on demand.

TOTAL OF 20+ LESSONS and one (1) new lesson added each month.
Full video lessons each focusing on one specific technique or topic.
The lesson consists of 5-6 parts. It begins with a short categorization of the technique, allowing the students to understand what it is for and where it falls relative to other techniques and skills of vision improvement.
The practical parts then include relaxation, eye activation, in depth explanation and practice of the technique of the month, followed by a segment on learning absorption, and ending with the expression of gratitude for the visual system and for yourself.
Each lesson is provided to you in two formats that you can choose from:
1) As a full lesson (about 40-50 minutes long)
2) In parts, so that it is easy to view at times when your schedule is tight or when you just want to go back for a refreshAll lessons are taught by Irena Castle.

It is likely that once you get familiar with the correct way to practice the technique of the month, you will no longer need a detailed explanation of what to do and how. All you will need is a reminder of the steps and the watch outs.
Therefore, whenever possible, the lesson of the month includes an audio guide that allows the practice of the technique without the video in a highly efficient manner.

Twice a month the students have an option to meet, ask questions, discuss their wins, struggles and to receive any help they may need.
The first session is dedicated to the technique/lesson of the month. The second session if open to any eyesight related topics.
Questions can be submitted ahead of the live session. Replays of the sessions are available for you to watch at your convenience.

Our experience has proven that bringing the mind into the process of vision improvement is among the most helpful things to do. Meditations, affirmations and brain priming instructions are therefore available to enhance the program. starting in September. Sessions of various lengths (from 3 to 30 minutes) are available and more is being added on an on-going basis. Some condition-specific mindfulness sessions are in the works (remember, the community is not static and there is always something new and/or better that we want you to have).

Now, vision improvement is not a once a month kinda process. Therefore, on-going support is provided throughout the month via a discussion forum inside the membership. No social media needed.
Using the forum is just like having a conversation with a bunch of friends. You ask a question and you get answers from Irena, from Overbound team, and/or from fellow members.
You can also search for any topic discussed previously and get answers immediately without needing to wait for help.
Also, the amount of engagement is totally up to you. Be notified as soon as someone makes a comment or get a summary by email once a week or less. Your choice.
Starting this fall you will not even need to sign in - it will all be automatic.

To achieve mastery of anything, you need the right tools of course! Would you go cut a tree with a kitchen knife? Would you go bowling with a tennis ball? Would you run a marathon in flip flops? You get the point. The right tools, the tools that were made for what you are trying to achieve, will always get you there faster, safer and easier.
At Overbound we are truly serious about your vision improvement. You want your results fast, so we do not fuss around, we do not waste anyone’s time. We use proprietary tools to help people achieve their vision goals, and we do it with the highest possible efficiency. Our Boundless Eyesight membership is no exception. The monthly lessons will heavily leverage the capabilities of our Clarity Trainer. While not required, owning the trainer is very highly recommended for your effective and efficient participation in the community. If you do not have one, please get it in the shop. The community is an ongoing space without a start date or end date, so you can never be behind. It is here for when your schedule allows.
Everything is voluntary, you can attend what you like and when you like it. The purpose of being in a community is to have easy access to meticulously organized learning and to be able to select what YOU need. It is not to do everything the community offers.
With the exception of ad hoc bonuses, most content is available on a permanent basis.

One monthly lesson is posted on the 1st Thursday of the month in the afternoon (usually pre-recorded, no live sessions)
Focused Q&A takes place on the 2nd Thursday of the month - time of the call is usually 2PM EST, but may change changes to accommodate time zones; recording is available for 12 months

“I thrive for all my lessons to be efficient. That means that I want to provide the right and complete information in the minimum amount of time required for it to be effective. To make sure that you receive this, it is better for me to record the lessons up front, review them and make corrections, before you spend your time learning from them.
It puts less constraint on your own schedule. You watch the lesson when it best suits you. Afterall, given the lesson itself does not include a Q&A session (live Q&As are provided separately), there is no real reason for it to be live.
It takes life’s influence out of the equation. It ensures that you get your lesson on the day it was meant to be delivered, preventing delays due to illness or other unpredictable situations.
With that said, time to time a live lesson may occur. “

Yes. Members have the chance to influence the lesson topics, express their desires for the way content is delivered, how much, how often.
Of course all must be within reason. With you in mind, Overbound will ultimately decide what and when will be implemented. View it as a partnership.

Each month two (2) LIVE Q&A sessions take place. One strictly focuses on topic of the month / the lesson and technique of the month, the other is a general Q&A where any questions related to your vision challenges can be answered.
Other live events may take place ad hoc (i.e. guest events, etc.).

Those who are just starting with natural vision improvement are going through a very first discovery of their vision and of self. To do so new students require different types of information and instruction than what is provided within the community.
Boundless Eyesight is here for those who understand the general principles and techniques and who are in a stage or are entering a stage where a proper implementation of their prior learning will get them to their ultimate goal (life with lower prescription, better eye health, or no glasses).
To sum it up, you do not have to be a master by any means, but if you are just starting, being in the community would most likely confuse you rather than help. So get on with your learning, join a class, finish a course you are already taking, and we will welcome you with our open arms when you are ready for your next step.

YES. All of the monthly techniques covered within the community are beneficial to all members, either as a practice addressing their specific condition or as a prevention.
In each lesson we indicate how to execute the technique to address various conditions. For example how a myopic person should practice vs. how a presbyopic or farsighted person should practice.
In months where we cover techniques that may not be addressing your specific condition, we still teach you about the condition it addresses and how to prevent such a condition. For example, if you do not have astigmatism, we make sure you know what to do and not to do habitually to stand a chance of never dealing with such a condition.
Eyesight is variable. Having the knowledge of what to do if a new symptom starts to show, having the ability to recognize a new symptom early will give you a chance to stop its development in the early stage and limit the time necessary for its reversal.

In membership spaces you have full access to everything the membership provides while you are a member. When you decide that you no longer need the content and leave, you will lose access to the membership space. With that said, many of the valuable resources and content are downloadable, so you can keep them for as long as you like.
